All sales are FINAL. Products cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. Please read the description of the item are you purchasing to ensure you are buying what you want. Please note all products are handmade therefore cannot always look exactly the same as shown but will do best to achieve the exact.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If this happens please contact USPS. You will receive free tracking information for every purchase. You will receive an active tracking number 12-24 hours after initial shipping notification. Please reach out through email if tracking number does not show up after 24 hours and I will help with any issues regarding tracking.
Damage/ Incorrect Package:
If you receive a damage or broken package, please contact USPS in order to file a claim. Kayla's Shopco is NOT responsible for any package once USPS accepts item. Please contact our shop if you have any additional questions regarding policies.
